Compatible with Shimano MTB SPD Pedals (SH51) for both men's and women's clipless mountain bike shoes using a 2-bolt cleat pattern. These pedals are ideal for a variety of riding styles, including indoor spinning, mountain biking (MTB), cyclocross, touring, and commuting. Please note that the set does not include cleat plates. We recommend checking the compatibility of your cleats with your current setup before purchasing to avoid any disappointment!

Cleats provide 12 degrees of float, allowing your foot to rotate 12 degrees before disengaging. This promotes a natural and fluid pedalling motion, accommodating the natural rotation of your foot during your pedal stroke.
